Article 1: Digital Delivery & Service Completion
Products are digital and typically delivered immediately after payment.
Delivery includes granting access to a course, community, resources, or any digital materials.
Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered and completed.
Article 2: All Sales Final
All purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations are provided under any circumstances, except where required
by applicable law.
Article 3: Subscription Plans
If your purchase is a subscription, cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund
for amounts already paid.
Access may continue until the end of the current billing period depending on the platform’s rules.
Article 4: Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal attempt may result in immediate and permanent termination of
access.
We reserve the right to submit evidence such as timestamps, access logs, downloads, and platform
confirmations to payment processors.
Abuse of chargebacks may be treated as fraud.
Article 5: Unauthorized Access / Sharing
Account sharing, leaks, or redistribution void any entitlement to continued access. If access is revoked due to a violation, no refund will be issued.
Article 6: Pricing Errors & Promotions
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed under an obvious mistake. Promotional pricing is time-limited and does not apply retroactively.
Article 7: Support & Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues, contact support.
Typical response time is 1–5 business days.
Support assistance does not create refund eligibility.
